Career Opportunities for You
If you are qualified, you have an excellent opportunity to join a professional team committed to serving the needs of every person you meet. We all will address an end of life need at some time in our lives, both with friends, loved ones and ourselves. The only question will be, “have you properly prepared and planned for it?”

What is required to be on the team?
You must have a real desire to help and contribute to your friends, family and those you will become an advisor to. This is not an idle requirement. We meticulously train and coach you in the process and it is well developed and proven to work. But, discussing end of life plans and needs can be uncomfortable. A candidate at 45 years of age may think this is a irrelevant conversation to have because they are so young. However, when they have a relative or close friend they are personally dealing with they discover how much stress surrounds an unplanned event….how important it suddenly becomes and how much easier it would be for those closest to the moment.
You ability to show sensitivity, compassion and caring makes all the difference in the world. We can show you what to communicate, but we can’t show you how to care.
The career is very rewarding both financially and personally. The compensation is from the candidate receiving real value from you and your help in resolving the final plan arrangements in the form of an insurance policy that fixes the costs and amortizes the policy expense over time. For example, the cost of a funeral (funeral expense) is currently doubling every 10 years. (See the chart below).
The World Wide Family Financial policy locks in the cost so that it is fixed at the time the policy is purchased, no matter how fast it would normally increase. And, almost everyone can qualify. The exceptions are someone who is in a final window of life. In other words, if a funeral cost $5000 today and $10,000 in 10 years, the candidate only pays for a $5000 policy no matter how much it will cost in the future.
If the candidate passes before the policy is paid, the policy cost is abated and it pays for the funeral cost in full.
The question is often asked; the answer is, “It Depends…”
How much income is enough for you?
(A six-figure income requires more than a limited income)How do you define HARD?
(Hard like quantum physics or hard like digging ditches)How willing are you:
- To be uncomfortable?
- To work hard in the beginning to make it easy later?
- To give up many weekends and evenings for 6 months?
- To devote the time it takes – 35 hours per week?
If you commit and deliver 40 hours a week for six months and master what you are trained to do, you can be assured following that period of achieving in the next year a six digit annual income.
What do our team members say?
It was that way until today. This is not for everyone or just the “average” person; it takes a lot of dedication, effort, and persistency on ones part to make it work. This is not a job, but rather a career where you gain a lot of passion for helping others while making a lot of money at the same time. After 25 years, I’m so glad I kept working for this agency and being able to reach all the goals I set for myself.
